Feel Grounded and Steady Again 1:1 Support

If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or disconnected, this is a space where you can slow down, calm your nervous system, and begin to feel more like yourself again.

With a background in nursing, therapy, and decades of yoga and contemplative practice, along with training in Ayurveda and subtle energy work—I offer a grounded, integrative approach to support.

What our time together looks like

During our time together, we slow things down and work with simple, body-based practices, conversation, and guided awareness.

You don’t need to prepare anything or have it all figured out. We begin with where you are and move at a pace that feels steady and supportive.

This session supports you in:

  • Calming your nervous system

  • Moving through anxiety and overwhelm with more steadiness

  • Feeling more grounded and steady

  • Creating clearer, more supportive boundaries

  • Reconnecting with yourself during times of uncertainty

What you may experience:

  • A sense of calm and relief

  • Greater clarity around what you need

  • Feeling more supported within yourself

  • A quieter, more steady inner state

This is for you if:

  • You feel overwhelmed or easily drained

  • You tend to give more than you have

  • You’re navigating a transition or period of uncertainty

  • You want a more grounded, supportive way of moving through life

This work comes from lived experience.

I’ve spent years learning how to stay grounded, set boundaries, and move through overwhelm—through yoga, healthcare, therapy, and contemplative practice. It’s something I continue to live and return to each day.
