Nervous system healing has not come to me through one method, product, or practice, but through layers of support over time.

What I share here are practices, teachings, and resources I personally return to—some simple and accessible, others deeper and more initiatory. These are offered as a way of transparency—shared as an invitation, trusting you to feel what resonates and to leave the rest

Daily Gentle Support

  • Vitamin D early AM

    Gentle morning light or supplementation to support circadian rhythm, mood, and nervous system balance.

  • Connect with Nature

    Spending time with plants, indoors or outdoors, to support regulation through sensory connection and presence.

  • Stillness

    At least a few minutes in stillness to listen inward and allow the breath and body to naturally soften.

  • WARM TEA

    Warm herbal tea, sipped slowly, as a daily ritual to invite steadiness, warmth, and nervous system ease.

  • Cultured Ghee

    A small-batch, cultured ghee I use for nearly everything. Culturing supports digestive health and gut microbiome balance, allowing the body to receive nourishment with greater ease and stability.

    A single-farm hydrosol I use daily to nourish the skin + gently settle the nervous system. Rose has been honored across traditions for its calming, heart-centered qualities and its ability to invite softness and balance.

    A traditional Ayurvedic nasya oil I use to support nervous system balance and mental clarity. Shared as a gentle, grounding ritual.

    I practice the So Hum mantra throughout the day and in seated meditation. This breath-centered mantra supports nervous system regulation, invites inner steadiness, and helps me return to presence.
